A thoughtful shortlist for the family day you actually need.
Tell FreePlay what kind of help you need today, who you are planning for and anything you must get right. FreePlay returns a small, reason-backed set of options instead of another endless list.
FreePlay is for parents and carers. Optional age bands can improve recommendations without asking for children's names or exact dates of birth.
"What will we do today?" should not take longer than the day out itself.
Endless scrolling, three open map tabs and a group chat that cannot agree. Help Me Choose replaces the searching with a shortlist built around your family.

Three questions. That is it.
Help Me Choose is optional and reusable. There is no mandatory onboarding and no long setup, just three quick questions whenever you want help.
1. What kind of help do you need today?
Choose somewhere good nearby, a rainy-day backup, a free family day, something everyone can help choose, an easier drive or a surprise. You choose the job, FreePlay does the searching.
2. Who are we planning for?
Toddlers, bigger kids, mixed ages, buggies, grandparents. Optional age bands improve recommendations without asking for children's names or exact dates of birth.
3. Anything we must get right?
Toilets, easier access, parking, EV charging, coffee, staying dry. Tell FreePlay the non-negotiables and it plans around them.

Every recommendation explains itself.
No black box. Each option carries a clear role such as Best fit, Shortest journey or Something different, backed by actual place information and plain-English reasoning:
- Why this place
- Why today
- Why for this group
- What trade-off it represents
- What is still unknown
Unknown stays unknown. If a detail is not confirmed, FreePlay says so instead of guessing. From the shortlist you can open the best fit, get directions or see every option on the map.
Each option earns its place.
Shortlist entries carry a clear role so the trade-offs are obvious at a glance. Roles appear only when the evidence supports them.
- Best fit
- Easiest option
- Best free option
- Best rainy-day backup
- Best with charging
- Shortest journey
- Best for mixed ages
- Something different
Accessibility and easier access
FreePlay prioritises confirmed access information and clearly shows where details are still missing. Unknown never means inaccessible.
Accessibility information is free for every family, always.
EV-aware planning
FreePlay understands the difference between ordinary public charging and charging where an operator app or RFID card may be required. Restricted charging is never counted as ordinary public charging.
FreePlay shows known charging facts near family places. It does not claim live bay availability.
